Tattoo with a Purpose

The Arrow concept looks at starting a trend amongst teens, where they get hooked to 

sticking these glow-in-the-dark arrow-tattoos, which double up as hand signals for night 

time cycling. The socially responsible message is evident and I think the ‘cool quotient’ 

is good enough to lure sensible and safe riding practices.  Love it!
